NAREIG Property Management was founded based off of a passion for pairing residents with the right home. There are many things that can go wrong when it comes to caring for a property, including disconnects in resident communication and an owner’s dissatisfaction with their property’s stagnancy. At NAREIG PM we do everything we can to streamline communication and provide beautiful properties for both tenants to enjoy and owners to be proud of.

We manage this mixed-use property located at Queen Anne, Seattle. It is a 3-story, 42,700 square foot building with ground CVS pharmacy and upper floor residential units. The two and a half level underground parking garage has 65 parking stalls. Currently, the occupancy rate is 97%.

Park Place sENIOR APARTMENTS|DOWNTOWN EVERETT

We manage this senior housing apartment located at downtown Everett. It is a brand-new building of independent living for 55+ citizens, with easy access to downtown Everett and the beautiful waterfront. The property has 4 stories with 85 units. Currently, it’s full-occupied with long waiting list.

Real detailed tenant screening

Our property manager will check every applicant’s criminal background at the state, county & national level. We also reference nation’s biggest credit reporting agencies, to instantly generate an applicant’s credit report, so we can review the applicant’s payment history and see if there are any outstanding debts or filings against the applicant to determine his/her creditworthiness.

In addition, we validate social security numbers to make sure an applicant is who they say they are and eliminate any fraud associated with the SSN. The last but no the least, we check an applicant’s rental history to see if he/she has ever been evicted.

Unlike other property companies who use third-party handy men, our in-house maintenance staff will react instantly to repair requests. From fixing a door knob, a leaking faucet to window finish, bathroom remodels, we are always here to help! No job is too large or small for us, our outstanding staff has the talent your job requires.

 

In-house Real Estate Lawyer

From filing paperwork to complete an unlawful detainer action to coordinating with law enforcement to evict a tenant, our designated broker who has real estate lawyer background will deal with disputes and problems on behalf of you, and help resolve disagreements.
